I can see spirits. Some can travel, others are stationary. Animals spirits walk and find food at night. Spirits do not have a physical body like ours, but the spirits need something to hide. Spirits can hide in tree trunk, in object like a cupboard, some item about their height. When the spirits feel unconfortable it will hide in the object closes to it. Animal spirits, snakes, dogs, humans, butterfly, hid in objects when they feel threatened. I saw with my own eyes spirits hiding from me.
